Kara, Sorry, I'm sure I forgot about it again. Several times I have intended to reply about the name, but baby brain has taken over. We heard the name Jazlene somewhere (maybe on tv? i don't remember), and I like it a lot. We modified it and played with it a little, and came up with Jazlyn, which we both liked better. There is no family signifigance, we just thought it was beautiful. As for Lucia, we went through at least 100 names trying to find one that sounded good with Jazlyn. I like the name Lucy, and this is the one we just ended up narrowing it down to. Lucia came out of a name book.
